Sometimes we don't get what we want or expect but a happy coincidence happens instead. This picture is of water coming out of my kitchen sink. It wasn't anything like what I wanted when I started taking the pictures but I liked the picture nonetheless.

Basketball is Back, Sort of.

One thing I'll probably always remember about my senior year is the NBA lockout. I'm a big basketball fan and not having games to watch this time of year is depressing. So like many others I've turned to college basketball in time of need. It's not quite the same but has been pleasantly fun to discover.

As I start my senior year of high school, I feel I'm to busy and working to hard to appreciate just making it here and be able to soak in my last year. I wondered if this bee buzzing around by my school ever stopped his pursuit of pollen to recognize the beautiful flowers.

Endless Summer

I'm starting this photo blog to record some of the images I see around me during my senior year of high school. My first picture was taken just after the sun set on the last day of summer holidays. What will probably be the last summer holidays of my life. The picture was taken in my backyard on the basketball court we built this summer and where I spent a lot of my time this summer. The light is all from the moon and some playing with the settings on my camera.
